A Development Platform for Autonomous Driving Algorithms
The platform stands on three pillars: software, hardware, and service. Software is the environment for developing RumiCar, and the library (such as the RumiCar GitHub) is where the programs and materials needed to run RumiCar are hosted. Service refers to events and community gatherings, where you can build RumiCar vehicles, drive them, and learn how to program them.
What RumiCar Aims For
We aim to provide an environment where anyone in the world can create autonomous driving programs. We will bring RumiCar not only to Japan but also to the rest of the world. Our goal is to make it possible for anyone to write autonomous driving programs for cars on public roads. In the future, we intend to turn RumiCar into a company.
