Overview
The Event Participation List shows each event location as a pin on OpenStreetMap (OSM), based on records kept in a Google Spreadsheet. This gives you an intuitive picture of where our activities and interests are spread, and lets you look back on how the activity has grown over time.
How pins are added to the map
- Upcoming events
- Submit the RumiCar event registration form
- An administrator reviews it and contacts the submitter
- Meeting with the submitter (whether support is needed)
- The event is added to the Google Spreadsheet
- It appears on the Event Participation List
- Event announcement
- Event is held
- The spreadsheet is updated (if anything changes)
- Past events
- Submit the RumiCar event registration form
- An administrator checks it
- It is added to the Google Spreadsheet
- It appears on the Event Participation List
